Carco Sales & Finance is looking for the right individual to join our sales team. We have a large inventory of vehicles. Strong pay plan! Sales experience is a plus. We offer the tools needed to succeed. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the automotive industry, will train the right candidate.

• A welcoming positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Active, high energy, & a familiarity with social media, will be assisting in posting short form content, car reviews, walk around videos for clients. Taking photos of new vehicle.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals
• Prioritize and organize work, and utilize time effectively
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking the right questions and listening closely to cater to their wants and needs for their next vehicle.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, while complying with all company, DMV, state, and federal requirements
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Consistently follow up after sales to ensure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales and return purchases
• Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
• SPANISH SPEAKER IS A BIG PLUS

We are seeking an immediate hire.

Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
